The permanent six
90-second bake. Under four minutes oven to door. Neapolitan at heart, built for the weekly round — fresh dough, proper fior di latte and ingredients prepared for that night's bookings.

Six staples · one special · ingredients always moving
Why only six?
Six permanent pizzas give a postcode proper choice without turning the van into a storeroom. We buy fewer ingredients more often, prepare smaller batches and use what we make for that night's bookings.
Nothing is there to make the menu look bigger. Every topping has work to do.
The dough
The crust is not packaging for the toppings. It is most of the pizza, so it gets most of the work.
Airy edge · soft centre · proper char

Flour, water, salt and yeast mixed in a small batch
All day
A slow, cold prove builds flavour and an open, airy crust

Amendments close; the night's dough and ingredients are counted
Your wave
Stretched by hand, topped to order and put straight into the heat
Never frozen. Never pre-stretched. Never sitting under a lamp waiting for somebody to order it.
What fresh actually means
“Premium ingredients” is easy to print on a menu. The useful bit is what they are and what happens to them before they reach your pizza.
01
The cheese
Fresh fior di latte, collected for service, drained and prepared that morning so it melts into soft milky pools without flooding the pizza.
02
The tomato
Crushed by hand with salt and nothing else. Bright, sweet and acidic enough to stand up to 450°C.
03
The toppings
Ham sliced, chicken marinated, vegetables cut and mushrooms prepared in small batches against the orders already on the round.
04
The finish
Fresh basil added by hand and extra-virgin olive oil where the pizza needs it—not a greasy spiral added for the photograph.
Fresh ingredients, honestly.
We are not selling low-calorie pizza. We are making a proper, satisfying meal from fresh ingredients—with protein, vegetables and extra-virgin olive oil doing their bit. No guilt. No wellness theatre.
Fresh dough.
Proper cheese.
Prepared for tonight.
01 · Fresh
Dough made for the round, vegetables cut for the night and toppings prepared in small batches—not a frozen factory base.
02 · Protein
Fior di latte brings protein to every pizza, with chicken, ham, salami and ricotta adding more when you want them.
03 · Good fat
Extra-virgin olive oil brings mostly unsaturated fat and loads of flavour. We add it because it earns its place.
Fresh Neapolitan pizza starts lighter: a thin, hand-stretched base, fresh tomato, cultured fior di latte and a sensible amount of proper toppings—not a thick base buried under cheese-style blends and filler-heavy extras. You still get satisfying protein, vegetables and healthy fats, with far less of the stuff that leaves a takeaway feeling heavy.
Calories vary by pizza and toppings. Final recipe nutrition will be published before ordering opens.
The hot bit
At 450°C the edge balloons, the underside spots and the cheese just melts. The char is not a mistake. It is what gives a Neapolitan crust its flavour, chew and blistered edge.
Then it is boxed and moving down your street—not beginning a journey across town.
Keep the same 30-minute window every week and skip up to ten nights. The 20% is priced against six months, so cancelling sooner means we reclaim the discount you have already had.
Plain answers
Yes, within reason. Leave something off or add chilli without turning the kitchen into a build-your-own counter. The permanent six are balanced as written.
Margherita, Bianca and Garden Delight. Garden Delight can be made without fior di latte; full ingredient and allergen information appears before checkout.
Yes, for £1 extra. It is prepared in the same small van as wheat flour, so it is not suitable for people who need a coeliac-safe environment.
Every pizza will carry its allergens on the order screen before you pay. If you are unsure, ask us before placing the order.
Because the dough and preparation are built around the bookings. Knowing early lets us take exactly what the postcode needs and bake each order into the right delivery wave. You can still amend until 2pm on the day.
No. Order week by week at the standard price when there is space, or subscribe for 20% off every order and up to ten skips.
You can cancel any time, with no notice. The 20% is priced against a six-month run, so cancelling before six months means we reclaim the discount you have already taken — the difference between subscriber and standard price on the orders you placed. After six months there is nothing to settle.
